What is CHU-HI?
CHU-HI (Chu hai) is one of the most well-accepted Japanese alcoholic drinks among young consumers.
CHU-HI is made with shochu, carbonated water and different types of flavored syrups.
How to make CHU-HI?
Pour the ingredients into a 12-16oz glass filled with ice. Stir with straw.
Sake Martini
Sumida: 1oz
House Sake: 4oz
Ice Cubes
Combine ingredients in a mixer. Shake and pour into a martini glass.
Frozen Cocktails
Sumida: 1oz
House Sake: 3oz
Ice Cubes
Combine ingredients in a blender. Blend on high for 30-60 seconds. Pour into a glass.

Nigori Sake: 4oz
